    The Catholic Church has had a
    strong presence in Albany from its
    earliest days over 150 years ago.  
    We stand on the shoulders of
    those who have struggled,
    sometimes quite heroically, to
    pass on the faith to our
    generation.

    Today, we are a strong and
    vibrant faith community offering
    spiritual support, education and
    social service ministry to
    thousands of people in our own
    parish and beyond.
    I am honored to be a minister here among such wonderful  
    people united around such a wonderful Faith.

    On behalf of everyone here at St. Teresa's, I say "Welcome, in the
    name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!".
